What happens if I want to return my DVD?



RETURN POLICY/INSTRUCTIONS:

Products may be returned if they are returned in their unopened, original packaging and within 30 days of shipment.

All parts of your order must be included with your return to receive your refund. Please include the original Packing List with your return and keep a photocopy for your records.

Attach the Return Label included with your order to the carton. Please fill in your address, your customer number, the order number, and the reason for the return. If your return label has been damaged or lost, please send your returns to the following address:

Return the package prepaid (sorry we cannot accept C.O.D.s) via United States Postal Service (Mail) or via United Parcel Service (UPS). For your protection, you should insure the package for its full value. Retain shipping receipts until you receive your replacement copy or refund.

Opened DVDs will not be accepted unless defective.
